Therapy

Psychotherapy supports overall well-being and personal growth while addressing mental health, helping you to better understand yourself, allows you to learn new ways to handle life's challenges, improve communication and conflict resolution, and facilitate personal growth.

Hi, I am Chase Monroe, I have both a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Science in clinical mental health.

My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from the past or present. I use humor while being compassionate, empathetic, and understanding.

In the past I have worked with families and individuals of various backgrounds, helping them heal from the past and be more in-tune with the present. I also help couples with intimacy, communication, and other struggles that can creep into long-term relationships.

For individuals, we can work on the many forms of trauma that can happen throughout life, or maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed and just need someone to work with you on solving what is on your mind. I look forward to working with you to build the life you want to live.

With our time together we will work on goals you set in session, we will work as a team to achieve those goals.

Each session is around 60 minutes, and for the first half is a check in of how you are doing and what is on your mind. The second half is us working together on ways we can improve your situation. I use CBT and other therapeutic techniques to provide you with the best care possible.

Experiencing anxiety or having difficulty processing trauma can make life difficult. With my experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with trauma and anxiety we can find the most appropriate approach for treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, and/or mindfulness. Becoming a mental health professional has always been a passion of mine because I enjoy seeing people overcoming barriers and utilizing their strengths.

As a mental health professional I take a strengths based approach along with being person-centered and providing trauma informed care to each of my clients.

You can expect to come away from each session with comfort and knowledge that there is a plan to address challenges that are discussed. Also, a more relaxed state of mind to help ease any negative feelings that may be overwhelming you currently.

My process in working with clients is client lead. Essentially, I do my best to accommodate and meet the needs of each individual client I work with. Some clients need more questions and engagement while other clients need a quiet space to feel. I try my best to create a therapeutic space that allows for a variety of ways to experience therapy. I want you to come and show up as you are. There is no perfect way to be in therapy and I welcome the needs of others in my work.

Clients can expect to take away a greater sense of self and an understanding that they are not alone in what they are navigating while in sessions with me.

I think that clients should know that I feel that it is an honor to be a part of their healing journey, in whatever form. I know that life can be challenging, and I am not here to judge or guide you but rather walk alongside you and help bring light to parts that we struggle to process. I want to work towards building trust and mutual respect. I feel that it is important that the client is able to feel empowered when in the therapeutic space.

Hi there! I’m Elizabeth, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I get that life can sometimes feel like a tough puzzle—whether it’s facing challenges, feeling stuck, or just not knowing where to start. One of my favorite authors once said, “you do not yield,” and that phrase reminds me of the resilience we all carry, even in life’s hardest moments. My goal is to create a space where you or your child can feel safe, understood, and free to work through whatever’s weighing you down. Together, we’ll move toward healing and growth.
